Most wheels bent on the backside from a pothole are repairable. Wheels with left & right movement, lateral damage, are not repairable. We stock a variety of OEM wheels, but can locate most wheels & have shipped to the shop within 24 hours. Wheels bent on the face can have too much stress damage on the lip or spoke to repair safely. Will need to evaluate in person to better assess damage.

We are VERY selective about welding cracks. More than 1 crack, any previous weld repairs or cracks longer than 1" are considered unsafe to repair. We will always price out a replacement wheel first, welding is a last case scenario. No warranty on welding & must sign liability waiver.
Machine Bead Seal $65/$85
Corrosion is removed from bead with a brake lathe. Beads are then painted for added protection against leaks. This varies from a wire brush or sand paper clean up in that it is a more lasting solution for chronic leaking issues.
Structural repairs can be completed while you wait in about an hour or so with a scheduled appointment. Loose wheels/tires can be dropped off anytime. Same day service available if dropped off early morning.

Wheel is stripped to raw aluminum & powder coated with a single stage high gloss powder. If wheel is bent, additional $50 for straightening.
Wheel is stripped to raw aluminum & refinished to factory silver. This process is a combination of paint & powder coat. If wheel is bent, additional $50 for straightening.
Wheel is stripped to raw aluminum & powdercoated satin black. Gloss level is 40-45% on this finish. If wheel is bent, additional $50 for straightening.
Hyper silver comes in variety of shades. Base coat is either black or gray with layers of hyper to create a reflective look. This is a premium finish found on a lot of Nissan, BMW, Audi, Volvo , Porsche, Lexus & Infiniti wheels. This finish is primarily done overseas with lead-based paints. It is a difficult color to match 100% because of the reflective qualities of the lead paint. We recommend doing all 4 wheels if choosing this finish. Additional $50 if wheel needs straightening.

We have a variety of custom gunmetals & charcoals to choose from. From metallics, pearls, stainless steel flake, we have an option that will look great on your vehicle. Gunmetals tend to hide brake dust more than a black or silver wheel. If you own a BMW, this a great option.
Wheel is stripped, powder primed, painted, CNC lathe cut & powder cleared. If wheel is hyper-machined, additional $60 for hyper adder; additional $50 if wheel is bent.
Wheel is stripped to raw aluminum & refinished to a gloss BBS gold or Volk blue. If wheel is bent, additional $50 for straightening.

Disassemble & reassemble a 2 piece wheel. Adder to a refinish.
Disassemble & reassemble a 3 piece wheel, silicone reseal barrel. Adder to refinish.
File lip on a machined or polished wheel. Finish is left raw so can be polished later. Can be done while you wait with an appointment or 1 business day if dropped off loose. Mount & balance additional if tire.
Outer lip edge curb rash on a machined or polished wheel. Area is smoothed out, polished & sealed. Sealant cures for 24 hours in a dry environment. Mount & balance additional if tire needs removed to perform repair.
Adder to refinishing base price.
Center cap is painted same color as wheel refinish. Stock or custom logos can also be added in a variety of colors. Larger style caps $20-25 each.
